About Pocket Invoice
Pocket Invoice helps freelancers and small service businesses turn a client job into an estimate, an invoice and a PDF document. Keep customer details, item descriptions, quantities, rates and payment records together, then review tax and totals before sharing the document. The web invoice generator can create a guest PDF without registration; PDF processing uses a hosted service. Account-based use is currently free with document, storage and membership limits. There is no paid subscription plan at present. For users who work in a supported AI assistant, Pocket Invoice also offers a hosted MCP connection. Codex is the tested client. OAuth approval selects the company and follows account permissions; each document send needs confirmation. Payment records do not initiate charges or refunds.
