About HOL Guard
HOL Guard is a local-first runtime control plane for AI coding agents. It reviews shell commands, secret access, MCP server calls, and package installs against your policy before they reach the operating system. The CLI is open source under Apache-2.0 (pipx install hol-guard && hol-guard init), and teams can add Guard Cloud, an optional hosted and fully managed service. HOL Guard is not a gateway or a network firewall, and it does not claim to stop every prompt injection.
